(“InquiraHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

Please note: If you are a healthcare provider or an enterprise customer using our Conversational AI (voice/chat) services, additional or separate agreements (e.g. Data Processing Agreement) may apply.

Eligibility

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Website. If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
  2. Legal Capacity: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

  1. Account Creation: Certain features of our Website or services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update this information if it changes.

  5. Enforcement: Violation of this Fair Usage clause may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination at our sole discretion.

No Medical Advice

While InquiraHealth provides Conversational AI services that may be used by healthcare providers:

  1. Information Only: The information provided on our Website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  2. Professional Judgment: Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical concerns. We do not endorse or warrant the accuracy of any third-party content or user-generated content related to health matters.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content available on or through our Website—such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software—belongs to InquiraHealth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
