We build AI agents that take over the logistics around care, so care professionals have time for care.

Inquira Health is a Dutch company, based in Rotterdam, that provides AI agents for patient access and care coordination. The agents answer the phone, process referrals and registrations, collect forms, consent and questionnaires through one secure link, schedule appointments within the organisation's rules and offer freed-up slots to patients on the waiting list. Inquira works with mental health organisations, hospitals, independent treatment centres, elderly and home care organisations and clinics in the Netherlands and Europe. It integrates with Medicore and Nedap Ons, connects to other EHRs via FHIR, HL7 or API, is ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified and stores data in the EU. Staff stay in control and decide, step by step, how much the AI agent does.

Umar Nizamani

Co-founder & CEO

After spending 8 years building NiceDay, a digital mental health platform used by 2,000+ therapists in the Netherlands and 100,000+ patients globally, I got bitten by the purpose of healthcare.

Pushing for responsible AI in mental health in my last years and being a proponent of regulation in healthcare, I started Inquira to reduce the administrative burden of healthcare: AI agents that take over the logistics around care, in an ethical and compliant way, while care professionals stay in control.

Jan Peter is an impact-driven leader with extensive experience in innovation, startups and scale-ups across healthcare, IoT and digital communications. He has led organisations developing solutions from health data platforms to mental health technologies.

As a former CEO and managing director, Jan Peter specialises in business development, strategic partnerships and scaling purpose-driven ventures. He supports startups, mentors teams and champions sustainable growth.
